Amsterdam Projects is a fast-growing organisation focused on the renovation and sustainability of commercial properties, amongst other things. With many activities in the IJmond region, they are working hard to build their position in the market.
The HR issue
As a result of the growth, a clear challenge emerged: attracting and retaining enough talent to keep up with demand. At the same time, the internal organisation, particularly in HR, was still lagging behind the company's ambitions.
The question was: how do we professionalise HR and build a recruitment approach that scales with the organisation?
What did they do within the trajectory?
Within the programme, work has been done on both the foundations and visibility of HR. This has included, among other things:
- developed an employer branding strategy
- a 'careers' website set up
- worked on vacancy pages and content creation
- the recruitment strategy optimised and professionalised
- started developing a staff handbook
What does the track deliver?
Projects Amsterdam is thereby taking an important step from growth to professionalisation. With a stronger HR foundation and a clear recruitment strategy, the organisation is better prepared for further growth and attracting new talent.
A solid foundation for the next phase of the business.
