A BETTER PLANET NEEDS DREAMERS. BUT, ABOVE ALL, LOTS OF PROFESSIONALS.
Sustainable Business × Human Capital
Techport works on two tracks: Sustainable Business and Human Capital. That says that we both accelerate sustainability and invest in the people and skills needed to achieve it. From field labs to HR processes and from matchmaking to training: our offer is broad, practical and always focused on impact.
From our locations, labs and tools, we facilitate experiments and projects that contribute to our goal. Meanwhile, we inspire companies, professionals and young people with stories, events and practical examples that show what is possible. And we don't just do that today - we continuously work on the skills and talents that will make the difference tomorrow.
this is how we make an impact:
inspire
New ideas emerge when you share them. That’s why we organize knowledge sessions, inspiration sessions, and company visits in which innovation and sustainability become tangible. We take entrepreneurs and professionals on study trips and trade shows, and tell stories that motivate and inspire. In this way, we ensure that companies, education, and students not only know what is possible, but also experience it.
Accelerate
Good ideas deserve speed. With programmes like the Green Incubator, We help entrepreneurs and innovation teams with pilots and use cases to get their plans off the ground faster. Through, among other things, Vouchers and strategic HR advice We make the step from idea to implementation smaller and more feasible. In this way, we support companies and professionals to remain agile, develop new products and create value.
connect
The biggest breakthroughs are achieved through collaboration. Techport brings companies, schools, government and students together. We do this through matchmaking and breakfast sessions, the Techport Talent Pool, the Technology Garden and inspiration cafés. We connect students with companies, organize dinners and networking events, and create platforms where chain partners can meet each other. This creates new collaborations that deliver faster results and ensure a stronger region.
facilitating
No innovation without a solid foundation. That is why we provide the tools, labs and housing to make ideas come true. Think of the Techport Innovation Centre, the Smart Sensor Lab and us Fieldlab Edge AI for Smart Industry. In addition, we support them with subsidies, monitoring and accountability. This way, we ensure that entrepreneurs and educational institutions have everything they need to actually implement their plans.
