That's how it works
- 1. Scan – We assess your data sources, the technical access and the risks, and choose three promising analyses.
- 2. Safe data input – We take a controlled export, validate and clean it up, and structure the data.
- 3. Analysesprint – In two to four weeks we will investigate a specific problem and build a prototype.
- 4. Implementation and transfer – The solution either moves to your environment or remains safe to operate in the workshop.

The workshop
In de AI Werkplaats neemt u uw eigen materiaal mee: offertes, werkbonnen, storingslogboeken en rapportages. Samen met ervaren trainers en studenten van diverse scholen zetten we uw documenten om in gestructureerde data. Daarop bouwen we toepassingen die u de volgende dag gebruikt, zoals documentanalyses, overzichten van storingen en grondoorzaken, werkinstructies en eigen Excel-tools. U gaat naar huis met iets dat werkt, niet met een demo.
Everything runs on its own machine without an internet connection, using open European models from Mistral AI. Your entire team works simultaneously on a single closed network, without cloud and without subscriptions. Your data, up to 4 TB, remains on-site and is deleted at the end. This makes the workshop suitable for work that you wouldn’t dare to do in public AI tools, such as customer drawings, calculations, contracts, and personnel data.
