Rooms for meetings, presentations and gatherings
A team day that lingers, a training session that people talk about afterwards, a client presentation that makes an impression: the environment plays a bigger role in that than you might think. The Techport Innovation Centre offers spaces that invite you to get started together, from small meetings to gatherings for 75 people. Techport is located on the port of IJmuiden.
The spaces can be flexibly configured and equipped with the necessary facilities. For an event, product launch or presentation, we provide lighting, projection and advanced technology. We arrange the setup, technology and catering, so you can focus on the content.

Renting the work spaces
You can also book a complete workshop and start working on it independently, including all the equipment and testing facilities. Suitable for strategy sessions, product days, product presentations and other events.

The same rate applies to every workshop, including space, equipment, and test materials. This way, you know in advance what you're getting, no matter which workshop you choose.
Guidance by a workshop team
If you would like the session to be guided, we will deploy a team of professionals: two to three professionals who will work with you to develop a customized program, tailored to your specific problem or use case.

This is a guide price including the rental of the workshop. The final price is determined on a quote, depending on scope, preparation and lead time.

Not yet a Techport partner?
A partnership is possible starting at €500 per year, depending on the size of your organization. As a partner, you can participate in workshops, events, networking activities, and innovation projects free of charge.
Included
- Coffee, tea and water
- Wifi and the standard AV equipment available: screens, projector, whiteboard, brown paper and flipcharts
- At the workshops: all the equipment and test material from that workshop
Growing apart
- Catering and arrangements, based on the number of participants. From a simple lunch to a well-prepared dinner or drinks reception.
- Personal guidance: technical guidance, assembly, day-in-charge and guest-hosting, and workshop teams. We quote these per hour, on request.
Application and reservation
- Submit your application via the form on the contact page, with the date, group size and the purpose of the meeting.
- We will contact you as soon as possible to discuss your wishes and confirm the availability.
- You will receive a confirmation with a quote. After that, we take care of the setup, technique, and catering.
