The industry is changing rapidly. Digitalisation, sustainability, the energy transition and staff shortages demand new ways of working.
Energy for Change helps SMEs in the North Sea Canal Area to deal with this in a practical way.
In this project, companies are working on transition skills: skills needed to remain agile in a complex and changing environment. This includes working together more effectively, looking at systems differently, and exploring new solutions – directly applicable in practice.

Together with companies from the region, the key issues have already been identified, such as digital technology in the workplace, smart maintenance, and grid congestion. These issues form the basis of the programme. Participants will work in six-week sprints, individually or with colleagues. During this period, you will focus on your own issue, with guidance from coaches and experts from the network. The result: concrete follow-up steps and strengthening of your transition skills.
