The region is ready. Now it is time to accelerate.

This was perhaps the most important conclusion during the exhibition by Transitie Campus IJmond on 9 June. During this day, visitors were given an exclusive glimpse into the outlines, choices, and directions that have emerged in recent times.

The exhibition was a follow-up to the two-day co-creation in which entrepreneurs from the region, campus experts, Youngmnds, education professionals, and government worked together on the building blocks of the Transitie Campus IJmond. Now the time had come to share these insights, ideas, and opportunities with the region.

A glimpse into the campus of the future

During the exhibition, visitors were introduced to the concepts, insights and development directions that emerged from the co-creation sessions. Not as a final result, but as a starting point for further development.

What stood out in the discussions? The urgency is widely felt. The challenges are great, but the ambition is too.

Don't get stuck in existing systems, but create space for new ideas, collaboration and innovation. A place where education, government, entrepreneurs and residents can find each other. Where solutions don't arise alongside each other, but with each other.

Building blocks for the next phase

The exhibition not only showcased what had been developed in the recent period but also provided space for new conversations and perspectives. Visitors were invited to look along, ask questions, and share their vision for the campus of the future.

The discussions highlighted several important building blocks for the further development of the IJmond Transition Campus:

A clear story for the region

Connection between parties

Dream big

And above all: making progress together

These building blocks form an important foundation for the next phase of the journey.

Building the future together

What became visible again during the exhibition is that a successful campus does not arise *for* the region, but *with* the region.

By bringing together knowledge, experience and different perspectives, the foundation is laid for a campus that makes an impact. A place where industry, education and government converge. Where talent wants to develop and stay. And where innovation is not just discussed, but truly visible.

The outlines have been set. The coming period will involve further development and realisation of the Transition Campus IJmond.
