Young Entrepreneurs
Retrieved from Thursday 28 May We are bringing together a select group of young entrepreneurs to work on the future of IJmond. Not a classic session, but an interactive day where ideas are generated, challenged, and immediately translated into concrete directions.
Working together with young talent and experts, one central question is being addressed: what will the campus of the future look like in the IJmond region?
Thursday 28 May – forming the foundation
During this day, four themes that together form the foundation of the campus will be worked on in a small & powerful group. We combine creativity with content and translate ideas directly into visual and concrete output.
The focus is on doing: building together, refining, and making choices. By the end of the day, there will be a first, shared direction for the campus.

What should we consider regarding location and prerequisites?

How do we ensure stakeholders become part of this campus?
To build the future of the Ijmond, we involve the generation that will live and work in it.
Techport x youngmnds
The Transition Campus 3-day course is guided by Young minds. Where Techport brings the region's content, network and industrial power, the collaboration with Youngmnds adds an essential perspective, namely that of the future generation. Youngmnds is *the* movement in which generations do not work alongside each other, but build future-proof organisations together.
In a world where technology, the job market, and society are changing faster than organisations can keep up, experience alone is no longer sufficient to determine direction. When designing a place that should attract, develop and connect talent, it is crucial not to test young perspectives afterwards, but to integrate them from the very beginning..
