VTG Concrete is a specialist in concrete renovation and focuses on repairing and preserving concrete structures. Based in Velsen-Noord, they work on projects both within the region and further afield.

The HR issue

VTG Beton wanted to take a clear step in their positioning as an employer. The question was: how do we define a strong strategy and image that fits who we are and appeals to new talent?

A start has been made on laying the strategic foundation. Sessions have been used to work on a new direction for the positioning and image of VTG Beton.

This includes, among other things:

  • Worked on a new employer branding strategy
  • considering house style and visual direction
  • Started developing a new website
  • laid the foundation for a stronger and more consistent employer brand

What does the track deliver?

VTG Beton is currently in the first phase, laying the foundations for their employer brand. With a clear direction and initial concepts, there is now a strong base to build further on visibility and attracting new talent.
