Freezing cold are specialists in cool solutions and operate in the field of climate control and refrigeration technology. From Amsterdam, they serve customers in the IJmond region, among others, and work daily on complex technical installations.
The HR issue
IJskoud faced a familiar challenge: attracting technical talent with the right certifications and qualifications proved difficult. The question was: how could we reach the right target audience and make ourselves more attractive and visible as an employer?

The new approach quickly showed results: IJskoud received 7 suitable applicants in a short period of time with whom they are actively in discussion.
