Blok System Supply BV provides technical solutions and works daily to support customers with specialist systems and services. As with many growing organisations, the need arose here to better organise HR, so that processes remain clear and management can focus on the further development of the company.
The HR issue
When Blok System Supply began its Strategic HR journey, one question was central: how can HR be structured to support the organisation in diverse, sustainable, and consistent working – without demanding an unnecessarily large amount of time from management?
An important part of this was the further digitisation of employee files and the improvement of personal employee management.
What did they do within the trajectory?
Within the process, Blok System Supply has taken several concrete steps to better structure and professionalise HR. For example, an HR job profile was drawn up, after which an HR manager was appointed to structurally embed HR within the organisation.
In addition, work was carried out on, among other things:
- Sharpening the absence policy
- Setting up a digital conversation cycle

- setting up a dynamic recruitment strategy
