With the Future-proof HR project, Techport helps entrepreneurs to look ahead now, because now is the time to work on a sustainable HR policy. We offer SMEs targeted support for their HR issues - including an attractive subsidy scheme.


what does it deliver?

Strengthening leadership
A technical manufacturing company (80 FTE) wanted to professionalise. We helped train the management layer. Result: stronger managers, more motivated teams and more grip on growth.

Smart recruiting and smooth onboarding
An SME (30 FTE) launched a new production line. Together, we developed an alternative recruitment approach and a tight onboarding process. This allowed dozens of new employees to move in quickly.

Putting down people management
A small organisation (5 FTE) wanted to better engage employees. We helped with development interviews, growth paths and leadership training for the owner.

Strengthen employer brand
A company (30 FTE) wanted to stand out more. We optimised their employer branding in job ads, on the website and on social media.

Monitoring culture as it grows
An organisation (60 FTE) opened a new site. We explored how culture and collaboration across locations could be preserved.
