Within North Holland, over 500 family businesses are active, in which multiple generations collectively work towards the continuity and development of the company. Themes such as succession, knowledge transfer, and mutual relationships play an important role in this.
Retrieved from 20 May 2026 Techport organises a 3-course dinner centred around the future of family businesses, with special attention to Follow-up and generation dynamics. In an informal setting, substantial discussions are combined with the exchange of experiences and the gaining of new insights.
During dinner, we provide Ed Schipper Schipper Windows and Jeroen Mann (Family business strategist) short, inspiring contributions. Between courses, they will engage with attendees, sharing their vision and experiences.
This evening brings together entrepreneurs familiar with issues surrounding takeovers, the succession of a new generation, and the internal dynamics within family businesses.
