We see co-creation as the solution, which is why we are working on the unique educational programme MyTec together with ROC Nova College. Since 2014, the MyTec-Bedrijven foundation (formerly the Leer Werken in de Techniek foundation) has been operating in partnership with education. The aim of MyTec-Bedrijven is to fill the quantitative and qualitative gap between technician graduates and companies, helping our participants and the students further in the world of tomorrow.
Due to technological developments, we have seen new fields of expertise emerge in recent years. These fields are often at the interface of existing disciplines. Consider the emergence of professions such as wind engineers.
By training together with education and working in a modular way, room is created in the final phase of training to respond to these developments. With, for example, the possibility of obtaining the "wind energy" certificate.
As such, MyTec is not a static course, but will continue to evolve in order to always best reflect developments in practice.
