"Our range of services is very broad and therefore unique. We carry out maintenance inspections using 3D models and an in-house developed inspection database. We investigate the condition and residual life of factories and production facilities and support clients in determining immediate maintenance requirements, investment costs and in drawing up long-term maintenance plans.
In addition, our project management team provides support for maintenance tenders and ensures during the construction phase that maintenance activities are carried out by firms within desired quality, safety and lead times. This includes maintenance of (heavy) steel and concrete structures, stairs railings landings, conveyor belts, cranes, crane tracks, silos/bunkers, buildings and factory halls."
