Besides training for regular companies, we provide apprenticeship programmes in cooperation with municipalities, Penitentiary Institution , and other social partners, welding and basic metal skills. Through our own employment agency, these people work for our clients. We are also the right address for regular staffing issues such as temporary replacements in case of illness, extra staff during busy periods or replacement due to staff turnover. Welders are tested so that we know what they can do. Because we have our own school, we can quickly switch to training if necessary. Besides welders, we also mediate in other technical positions such as (electrical) mechanics, foremen, fitters and spanner fitters.
