The central message of the workshop was clear: salary is not the only knob you can turn. It is precisely by taking a sharp look at employership, culture and development opportunities that organisations can distinguish themselves and attract and retain talent.
The workshop covered topics including:
- how to create a strong and distinctive employer story
- How intrinsic employee motivation plays a role in recruitment and retention
- What larger organisations do smartly to attract talent - and how SMEs can apply it
- why retaining employees is at least as important as attracting new talent
The meeting provided a lot of recognition and open conversations among the companies present. Participants got practical insights and concrete ideas to apply immediately in their own organisations.
