Vicoma is nieuw Techportbedrijf-plus

The collaboration of schools and companies make Techport's success. Financial contributions from a few larger companies, the government and education enable Techport's programme office to organise activities and set up projects.

Tech sports company Plus contributes financially
The now 100 companies and schools affiliated to Techport contribute to the mission with 'in kind' contributions. These are the Techport companies and Techport schools. To realise the green growth ambitions and increase the network's clout, since 2024 it has been possible for companies to also make a financial contribution and thus become Techport companies Plus to be.

Vicoma: "Becoming Techport Plus was a logical step"
Alongside Intures, Vicoma has also become Techport Plus since April this year. Rudy van der Kolk of Vicoma explains why they became partners: "Becoming a member of the Techport network is a logical step for us. Especially as we also became a member of MyTec last year. Techport has proved over the past 10 years that it is more than just a cosy chat club with the region's companies. The Innovation Centre is one of its tangible results. We want to make our contribution to that by adding and enriching knowledge gained. I am personally convinced that plenty of great projects will follow if we put our shoulders to the wheel from the region, but are also open to daring to share knowledge."
