XINTC (pronounced 'X in tek') develops modular electrolysis systems for the production of green hydrogen. These unique electrolysers are made of plastic, making them low-maintenance, durable and free of scarce materials such as precious metals, membranes or gaskets.
The modular design allows users to easily scale up by adding hydrogen gas modules. Also, reprocessing from 99.5 to 99.999% purity is an option in addition to using 'just' demineralised water instead of ultra pure water. Thus, the technology is broadly applicable and flexible.
During our visit, we saw a demonstration facility where the electrolyser is directly connected to a solar farm but can also use wind energy via an inverter. The system effortlessly adapts to fluctuations in renewable energy and switches on and off very quickly.
We are very impressed by XINTC's commitment to sustainability and innovation. Their technology shows that the future of hydrogen can be not only green, but also scalable and circular. Want to know more? Then be sure to check out XINTC's website. We thought it was really great!
