The HR issue
KIM Plus Delta wants to grow, but finds that finding the right people is difficult. The challenge lies in their unique position: right in between engineering and business administration.
The question was: how do we develop an employer story that attracts the right people - as well as repels the wrong ones?
What did they do within the trajectory?
Together, we worked to build a strong foundation for employer branding and recruitment. This started with a strategic kick-off and in-depth interviews with employees and management.
On that basis, among other things:
- developed an Employer Value Proposition (EVP)
- developed a distinctive employer branding concept
- translated the employer story into a targeted labour market campaign
- launched a 2-month campaign aimed at visibility and recognition

With a clear employer story and strong positioning, KIM Plus Delta now has a solid foundation for structural recruitment.
The organisation is better able to target the right audience and stand out in a competitive labour market.
