Intake & team session (½ day, Netherlands)
We start with a joint working session in which ambitions, bottlenecks and team dynamics are put on the table. Concrete, honest and directly applicable to your own practice.
3-day deep dive in Portugal
The heart of the programme. In a regenerative location, away from the daily pressures, you work intensively on:
- mutual cooperation and trust
- dealing with complexity and resistance
- personal and joint change power
- leadership in sustainable transitions
We work with the Inner Development Goals (IDGs) as a framework for personal and team development, always linked to your own practice. Not a healing session, but a breakthrough experience.
Translation to your organisation
Not a standard 6-month process, but tailor-made. Coaching, follow-up sessions or team coaching are tailored to what you need to really make this work in practice.
