Strategic HR for SMEs
The technology industry and energy transition in the IJmond region are in full swing, and the demand for specialized technical personnel is increasing. The energy transition in North Holland will require more than 12,000 additional workers by 2030. In this tight labor market, where technically skilled personnel are scarce, employers are expected to take a proactive and strategic approach to their HR policies. At Techport, we are therefore introducing the Strategic HR for SMEs project. This project offers SMEs in the IJmond region the chance to not only strengthen their HR strategy but also make it future-proof.
For SMEs without large budgets or separate HR departments, this project offers practical and accessible support. Daily busyness should not be an obstacle to future-oriented employment. The Strategic HR for SMEs project gives your company the chance to give a modern twist to your HR strategy with the help of our experienced HR consultants.
