Why partner with Techport?

Robert te Riele (Business manager): "We all know the problems in the (technical) labor market. In recent years many good initiatives have been taken, for example international remote working, bringing in knowledge migrants and investing in youth. We consider the latter extremely important and are happy to support Techport in this.
Because let's face it; all forms of technology can be found along the North Sea Canal and offer opportunities for everyone. Our ambitions fit in well with those of Techport; innovation, sustainability, cooperation and a strong technical labor market."

DOPS Recycling Technologies B.V.

We have developed a technology where waste no longer needs to be incinerated. Roeland Jan Dijkhuis is co-founder and CEO of the company. Roeland Jan: "We are conducting the development incrementally, which is why we are building a lab reactor now and then a pilot. The lab reactor will be in operation in early 2023 and the pilot around 2024."

Besides the fact that Techport helped DOPS Recycling Technologies develop Go!NH's accelerator program, we have another important reason for joining Techport: "We would like to build a connection with educational institutions so that students can put their studies into practice with us. Through a learning path in the form of an internship or assignment, we want to introduce students to our technology. We have experienced ourselves that it is very important to come into contact with companies in the industry during your studies. This way, as a student, you have a step ahead on the job market. In addition, it is also important that we find people who fit our company and are eager to help our company grow. If we have internships, apprenticeships or open positions we will make it known on our website."
