New Tech Your Talent range coming soon
In April, secondary schools from the IJmond and South-Kennemerland region will receive the Tech Your Talent range, 2021 edition. This range is full of technology activities that teachers and deans can organize for mavo and vocational students. A digital version of the fan can already be downloaded now.
The engineering range for secondary schools was created by Strong Engineering Education (STO). The activities in the range are for the 2021/2022 school year. Teachers and deans can start planning now.
Why an engineering range?
The world of engineering is very broad. It is quite a challenge for secondary school students to get an idea of the possibilities. To show the possibilities, there are numerous engineering activities in the region that can be organized by teachers. By bundling these activities in a fan, it is possible to see in one overview what there is to do in terms of technique activities in the region and how you as a teacher can organize and/or book them. The activities are bundled on the basis of the 7 worlds of technique. With the 7 worlds of technology, young people get a clear picture of how prominent science and technology is in our society. And that they will have to deal with it after school in almost every profession.
