Sept. 20: kick off 'Towards NL's first green industrial zone' + presentation of checks to first 4 JTF projects
On Wednesday, Sept. 20, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., Techport is hosting the Kick-off meeting "Towards the Netherlands' First Green Industrial Zone" at the Tata Academy in Velsen Noord.
On this afternoon we will take you through Techport's ambitions for the coming years. What does the course to 2030 look like? How will we as a network accelerate the sustainability and energy transition of industry in IJmond? What are the milestones on the route to "the first green industrial zone of the Netherlands"?
This afternoon will also introduce us to the four projects that received awards from the Just Transition Fund.
The program:
15.30: walk-in with coffee and tea
16.00: start program with a welcome speech by chairman of the day Leonie van der Kruk.
Then Henno Horssen, program director of Techport, will give a short presentation on 'Towards the first green industrial zone' and there will be room for questions.
4:25 p.m.: Vera van Vuuren on the Just Transition Fund and the four projects that recently received awards:
Infinity with the Smart & Healthy Buildings Platform project
H2Dock with a concept modular housing of electrolysers and balance of plant
Symphony Wave Power project
The Green Incubator of the Techport Innovation Centre
16.55: symbolic handing over of the JTF cheques to the projects
