September 4 - Green Incubator - Manufacturing Deep Dive
Do you have a company in the manufacturing and/or process industry? And do you face major uncertainties in the business case or implementation when developing a new process or installation? This interactive workshop will provide you with the toolset, skillset and mindset to deal with these uncertainties. The program starts at 9:00 (walk-in) and ends at 12:30. September 5 - Fieldlab Smart Energy Inspiration Afternoon
Are you also curious about the possibilities to make business processes and assets cleaner and smarter? Do you want to know more about digital technologies such as smart sensoring and tiny machine learning? And are you interested in joining the Learning Community Smart Energy? Would you like to carry out a use case or proof of concept with these technologies? Then come to the Fieldlab Smart Energy Inspiration afternoon on Friday, August 30 from 3:30 to 6:00 p.m. at the Techport Innovation Centre. You can register >> via this form.
September 10 - Excursion Techport meets Brainport
On Tuesday, September 10, we are organizing an excursion by bus to Brainport Eindhoven. We leave at 9.00 am (parking lot at the Telstar stadium) and will be welcomed around 11.00 am at the Brainport Industries Campus in the Factory of the Future Experience Centre. We will receive an explanation and tour and then have lunch together. Then we visit KMWE, where CEO Edward Voncken tells more about the company and its challenges. Finally, there will be a networking reception to which Brainport entrepreneurs are also invited. At about 6 p.m. we will be back in Velsen.

October 7 - Networking event Think Global Act Digital
From October 7 to 11 is Techport Technology Week, an annual event where we introduce thousands of students to engineering and technology and show how it contributes to a sustainable future. In Sporthal Beverwijk (the Whale), which is then decorated around the 7 worlds of Technology, we also organize the Techport networking event, titled 'Think Global, Act Digital'. This event is a follow-up to the anniversary party we celebrated in January. We look back at the ten network stories we have collected since then, and key note speaker Deborah Nas shares her knowledge on technological innovations in a social and business context. Three Techport programs will give a short presentation on what they have to offer SMEs: the Green Incubator program, the Smart Tech Innovation Vouchers and Strategic HR advice. If you are interested, you can talk to the program leaders about this during the networking drinks. Chairman of the day Gerdie Schreuders will guide the event.
