March 30, 2023 "Girls' Day": Inspire tech professionals for the future now!
Girls' Day lets girls discover and experience the world of STEM and IT up close. During this day, throughout the Netherlands, STEM, technical, IT schools and companies open their doors especially for girls. Get involved now! Many Techport companies have already signed up for March 30, 2023. Several companies will give students a tour or have organized a workshop.

The Nova Smart Girls are pursuing a technical education at Nova College They are curious, forward looking, continue to develop themselves, help each other, share their knowledge and love technology! During Girls' Day 2023, the Nova Smart Girls host girls from secondary schools for the afternoon program. They can participate in interesting activities, get to know the Nova Smart Girls and learn more about STEM work and what education fits them.
Especially for girls!
The number of girls and women choosing careers in STEM, engineering and IT has been too low for years. Only 14 percent of technical professionals in the Netherlands are women. On Girls' Day, we use female role models to show a broad picture of technical studies and professions and help girls boost their self-confidence in science subjects.

For the morning program we are looking for companies willing to give a tour and/or short workshop. Register your company for Girls' Day as well and open your doors like many technical companies in the Netherlands!
