Strategic HR: legal updates around illness, disability and confidentiality

The technology industry and energy transition require a strong HR strategy. As an SME without a large HR department, this can be a challenge. Therefore, with the project Strategic HR for SMEs, Techport offers practical support (customization) to realize future-oriented employership. Consider the inflow of new talent, retention and advancement of current talent and organizational processing.

In 2025, several events (with HR-related topics) brimming with inspiration and knowledge are scheduled, including this session on legal current affairs surrounding illness, disability and trust. As an employer, you would prefer to have as little to do with disability and other health-related costs as possible. We share the legal current affairs in this area that are important to you.

As a member of the Strategic HR for SMEs project, you benefit from personal guidance, practical tools, a broad HR network and monthly substantive workshops. Not a member of the project? No problem. For only €195 per event you can also participate and benefit from our knowledge and practical support.
