Strategic HR: how to deal with aging in the tech sector?

The technology industry and energy transition require a strong HR strategy. As an SME without a large HR department, this can be a challenge. Therefore, with the project Strategic HR for SMEs, Techport offers practical support (customization) to realize future-oriented employership. Consider the inflow of new talent, retention and advancement of current talent and organizational processing.

In 2025, several events (with HR-related topics) brimming with inspiration and knowledge are scheduled including this session on how to deal with aging in the tech sector.
