Jaap: "Through a tribe, people with different backgrounds look at your product. We have now gained ideas to improve our product. One of the ideas is not to sell a standard maintenance contract to the customer but to do a health check of the machine once or twice a year and at the same time perform maintenance. This is one of the ideas we are now going to develop further."
