The organization oversees projects from design and production to quality management and implementation, with a strong focus on healthy and energy-efficient air quality.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The HR issue.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For Reddion Projects, as for many other organizations in the technology sector, it wasn\u2019t always easy to find good technical personnel. The question was: how can we professionalize our recruitment strategy and position ourselves stronger as an employer?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What did they do within the trajectory?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A clear positioning and a targeted recruitment approach have been worked on together.
