From Beverwijk, they work with a technical team on innovative solutions within the sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The HR issue<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Steboma was struggling with a major problem: high employee turnover and difficulty attracting new staff. Combined with growth and a tight labour market, this presented a significant strategic challenge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The question was: how do we build a sustainable recruitment strategy and ensure people stay?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What did they do within the trajectory?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Within the process, work has been carried out on both visibility and structure in HR and recruitment. For example, among other things:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>a careers website developed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>worked on employer branding and content creation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 vacancy pages set up<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the recruitment strategy optimised and professionalised<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>started developing an EVP (Employer Value Proposition)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>campaigns set up via Google and META advertising<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What did the trajectory yield?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Steboma now has a clear foundation to tackle recruitment structurally and to be more visible as an employer. With a stronger strategy, better content, and targeted campaigns, the organisation is better equipped to attract and retain new talent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An important step towards a more stable and future-proof organisation.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Steboma was struggling with high turnover and difficulty in finding new employees.
