A technical company with solid ambitions, where craftsmanship, sustainability, and innovation come together. The organisation is growing rapidly and wants to position itself more strongly towards technical talent.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The HR issue<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">DHPS wanted to do more than just fill vacancies. The question was: how do we build a recognisable and proud employer brand story that fits who we are and where we want to go?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In other words: why would talent choose DHPS specifically?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What did they do within the trajectory?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A clear and distinctive employer branding concept has been developed together. <em>\u201cThe Heaters\u201d<\/em> \u2014 a team that works every day on the heat pumps of tomorrow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>In addition, work has been carried out on, among other things:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Defining vision, mission, and employer brand<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>determining tone of voice and visual language<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Designing a careers website<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>developing targeted content, such as interviews and job descriptions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What did the trajectory yield?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The process gave DHPS a clear employer identity, which provides direction for all communication and recruitment activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Additionally, it ensured:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>More recognition and pride internally<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a strong foundation for future recruitment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a clear positioning towards technical talent<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A key step in building an attractive and distinctive employer brand.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>DHPS wanted to position itself more strongly as an employer in a tight labour market.
