The organisation is continuously developing and wants to keep growing by attracting good technical personnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The HR issue<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Dumaco wanted to strengthen its recruitment strategy and become more visible as an employer. The question was: how do we differentiate ourselves in a competitive job market and ensure we attract the right people faster?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What did they do within the trajectory?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A renewed recruitment strategy has been developed together, with a focus on recognition, humour, and the real benefits of working at Dumaco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, a new 'working for us' website has been developed, aimed at strengthening employer branding and attracting candidates. It is designed to be fully future-proof and better suited to the target audience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What did the trajectory yield?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The new approach and website have delivered immediate results.
