The question was: how can we position ourselves more strongly in the market and ensure a continuous flow of candidates?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What did they do within the trajectory?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Within the framework, work has been done to strengthen recruitment and job marketing. For example, a targeted job marketing campaign was set up, and social media was actively used to draw attention to vacancies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Furthermore, a completely new website has been developed, aimed at increasing visibility and professionally positioning Conbit Services towards potential candidates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What did the trajectory yield?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The combination of increased online visibility and a targeted recruitment approach has yielded immediate results.
