De organisatie opereert zelfstandig binnen de Conbit-groep en heeft een eigen team en personeelsbehoefte, met een sterke focus op technische dienstverlening in de regio IJmond.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The HR issue<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Conbit Services wilde beter zichtbaar worden als werkgever en had behoefte aan ondersteuning bij het aantrekken van geschikt personeel. De vraag was: hoe positioneren we ons sterker in de markt en hoe zorgen we voor een continue instroom van kandidaten?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What did they do within the trajectory?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Binnen het traject is gewerkt aan het versterken van recruitment en jobmarketing. Zo werd een gerichte jobmarketingcampagne opgezet en werd social media actief ingezet om vacatures onder de aandacht te brengen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Daarnaast is een volledig nieuwe website ontwikkeld, gericht op het vergroten van de zichtbaarheid en het professioneel positioneren van Conbit Services richting potenti\u00eble kandidaten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What did the trajectory yield?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The combination of increased online visibility and a targeted recruitment approach has yielded immediate results.
