The organisation works with various departments, with asset management as its primary core activity from which other initiatives emerge. As with many growing companies, Intures has also developed further in recent years, which brings new questions regarding the organisation of HR. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The HR issue<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Until a year ago, Intures had an HR employee who was responsible for HR tasks three days a week. During this period, important HR documents, such as job profiles and salary scales, were already drawn up. When this employee became incapacitated and entered a reintegration process, the HR tasks had to be managed differently on a temporary basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In practice, this meant that various employees handled HR matters on an ad hoc basis, supplemented by an interim HR employee for one day a week. This created a need for more direction and oversight: how do you organise HR in a way that suits the organisation, without disrupting the ongoing reintegration process? 20250105 Intures \u2013 Onepager Pro\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What did they do within the trajectory?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Within the Strategic HR pathway, the first step was to investigate where the main HR priorities lie. This was done through various means, including interviews with management and employees, and an analysis of all HR activities within the organisation. This provided insight into who currently performs which HR tasks and how much time is spent on them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Based on this analysis, strategic HR advice has been drawn up for the board, in conjunction with the interim HR employee. This outlines the main priorities for the coming period and potential choices regarding the future design of the HR role.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What did the trajectory yield?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The programme has helped Intures gain more insight and direction in the organisation of HR. The results and advice were presented to the management team at the end of 2025.
