In such circumstances, one factor is becoming increasingly important: the learning culture within the company. A strong learning culture helps employees to develop, makes organisations more agile, and strengthens their innovative capacity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As part of the Learning Culture for Transitions project, we have therefore created an online questionnaire for SMEs, to share something about their own learning culture in a short time. The questions concern familiarity with it, how it is applied within your own organisation, and where you might need help. In this way, we are investigating how SMEs in the Netherlands deal with learning culture, which instruments they use, and what needs exist for strengthening learning in daily practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Why participate?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>You'll help decide what will be offered later.<\/strong> With this survey, the HIP-DIHO aims to ascertain where your SME business in the region has a need for developing the learning culture within your own organisation. This way, what is offered later will truly align with what you still need.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>You'll get something back immediately.<\/strong> At the end of the questionnaire, you will find a link to the online learning environment with concrete learning interventions, tools, and examples that you can directly apply in your own organisation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>It will take you little time.<\/strong> Filling it in will take approximately 5 minutes. Your answers will be processed confidentially and used solely for this research.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What happens to the results?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The results are used to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>to gain insight into the current state of affairs;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>to understand which learning interventions work in different sectors;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>to support companies with practical tools, guidance and examples;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>to further improve the learning environment of the \"Leercultuur voor Transities\" project.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition, we will look at the outcomes to determine which follow-up steps are meaningful, such as meetings, knowledge sharing, or other forms of support around the themes that matter to you.
