Two days. Dozens of thinkers, doers and decision-makers. One shared mission: shaping the Transitie Campus IJmond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Together with entrepreneurs from the region, campus experts, Youngmnds, education professionals and government, the first outlines of the Transitie Campus IJmond have been developed. A place where industry, education and government come together. Where talent wants to develop and stay. And where innovation is not just discussed, but truly visible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To build the future, involve the future<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

During the first day, co-creation was central. Entrepreneurs from the region, campus experts and Youngmnds worked together to shape the initial ideas for the campus. In an energetic mix of concept development, collaboration and the elaboration of new perspectives, the first building blocks for the Transition Campus IJmond emerged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A key insight that emerged during the day was: To build the future, involve the future.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Because when different generations, ideas and perspectives truly connect, something special happens. It is precisely this combination that creates the energy, acceleration and innovation needed to shape a campus of the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From idea to realisation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

On the second day, the work built upon the successes of day one. With a new group of stakeholders, the aim was to delve deeper: what is truly needed to realise the Transitie Campus IJmond?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Using a joint Road to Realisation, opportunities, obstacles, prerequisites and concrete next steps were mapped out. The focus was on translating ideas into action and ambition into achievement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The discussions made it clear that there is a lot of ambition in the region. At the same time, it became apparent that cooperation between industry, education, and government is essential to realise that ambition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Valuable conversations and new insights<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

What made these two days special was the mix of perspectives. Entrepreneurs, education professionals, campus experts, government and Youngminds brought their knowledge, ideas and experience together. This led to valuable conversations, new insights and concrete building blocks for the next phase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The proceeds from this two-day event will form the basis for the further development of the Transitie Campus IJmond. In the coming period, the insights will be further elaborated and translated into concrete follow-up steps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

First results during the exhibition<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

On Tuesday 9 June, we shared the initial results of the Transitie Campus IJmond during the exhibition. Visitors were given an exclusive glimpse into the first outlines, choices, and directions that have emerged over the past period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
