Primarily via LinkedIn. But\u2026 it doesn't stop there.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Before applying, they often look beyond just the job advert: from social media to the team atmosphere. Platforms like TikTok are increasingly playing a role in getting a feel for an organisation.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>What does the company look like?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Who will I be working with?&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Does this suit me?&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>It's not just the function that counts, but especially the feeling. In addition, freedom and flexibility are important, combined with trust and responsibility.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And that well-known assumption? That Gen Z is lazy? That's not true.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When a role is a really good fit for you, you'll go the extra 100% for it and are often willing to go the extra mile when necessary. As Priscilla herself says:&nbsp;<em>\u201cI'm really doing what I enjoy now, so I don't mind working in the evenings or at weekends.\u2019<\/em>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>From the lessons<\/strong>&nbsp;Do you want to attract young talent?
