It is precisely by taking a sharp look at employership, culture and development opportunities that organisations can distinguish themselves and attract and retain talent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The workshop covered topics including:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>how to create a strong and distinctive employer story<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How intrinsic employee motivation plays a role in recruitment and retention<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What larger organisations do smartly to attract talent - and how SMEs can apply it<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>why retaining employees is at least as important as attracting new talent<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The meeting provided a lot of recognition and open conversations among the companies present. Participants got practical insights and concrete ideas to apply immediately in their own organisations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Special thanks go to <strong>Charlotte van Oossanen<\/strong> for her inspiring contribution and practical examples during the session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Next workshops<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Within the Strategic HR programme, we organise regular workshops covering current HR topics.
