Additionally, you will learn how to structurally embed learning in your organisation and how to help employees grow alongside these changes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">First session \u2013 17 March 2026<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The series starts with the masterclass <strong>\u201cThe Future of Work and Why Learning Culture Matters\u201d<\/strong>. This session will zoom in on the key trends affecting organisations in the North Sea Canal Area and what this means for work, skills, and staff development. Together, participants will explore the biggest challenges within their own organisations and how a strong learning culture can help to tackle them.
