The energy transition in North Holland alone will require more than 12,000 additional workers by 2030. To help you be prepared for these challenges, Techport is introducing the Strategic HR for SMEs project. This initiative offers you as an SME entrepreneur the opportunity to strengthen your HR strategy and make it ready for the future.
For SMEs without large budgets or their own HR department, this project offers practical, accessible support appropriate to the organization's needs. Busy daily work should not be an obstacle to future-oriented employment. With Strategic HR for SMEs you help your organization, together with our experienced HR advisors, to set up a modern, effective HR strategy.
